Helping your business make smart decisions.

When you find yourself in the deep end, you don’t need to learn to swim, you need a life preserver.

Deep End Analytics provides a competitive edge that has long been reserved for large businesses – partnering with an analyst to ensure your decisions grow your company by leaps, rather than steps.

What to expect when working with us

Your content goes here. Edit or remove this text inline or in the module Content settings. You can also style every aspect of this content in the module Design settings and even apply custom CSS to this text in the module Advanced settings.

You and Deep End Analytics meet one-on-one to discuss your business and your decision.

This meeting is between Deep End Analytics and whomever is the project champion from your business. The session will be at least an hour to discuss what you’d like to learn from the analysis and what information is available to Deep End Analytics to use in your analysis. These sources could include databases, spreadsheets, employee discussions, or other resources to help find the best solution.

We meet at a location of your choice, though ideally at your business, and will be absolutely free to you!

At the end of this meeting, Deep End Analytics will have a clear idea of the decision you’re making and how we can find the best solution. This meeting will also be an opportunity for Deep End Analytics to understand whether your decision fits within our expertise and for you to decide if Deep End Analytics is a company you choose to partner with.

Deep End Analytics uses your company's data and information to determine the best path forward for your business.

Deep End Analytics uses all of the information available to create a thorough and accurate model of your decision scenario and possible solutions. That means data is pulled from your company’s databases or spreadsheets, employees who are subject matter experts are interviewed, and the other sources discussed in our previous meeting are used.

Our analysts may also use external sources, such as federal or state data on industries your company operates in or partners with. Once all the data is gathered, we create a model of your scenario in Excel. These models can range from fairly simple (for a straight-forward decision with minimal inputs) to complex (for models of complicated operations with direct and indirect inputs and outputs).

While creating the model and analyzing the data, Deep End Analytics also searches the data for possible solutions outside of what was discussed in the original meeting. Data often reveals patterns that lead to solutions that weren’t visible in the original meeting. These data-based solutions are wrapped into the analysis to ensure that your best solution is always being evaluated.

You receive the top two best decisions and their short- and long-term costs and benefits, based on an analytical model of your business decision, in a way that speaks to you.
Once our analysts have identified the two best solutions from the model, these solutions and their short- and long-term impacts on your business are presented to you during a one-hour session. This session provides an opportunity to share the following with you:

  • What solutions were evaluated
  • What data and information was used
  • What solutions were found to be the top two and why
  • Which of the two solutions Deep End Analytics recommends moving forward with and why
  • How these solutions will impact your company short-term and long-term
  • Any gaps or uncertainties the analysts discovered along the way and what these mean to the analysis
  • A recommended path forward

This final meeting session also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about the model, analysis, and recommendation. The purpose of this meeting is for you to fully understand why the decisions we recommend are the best and how they will impact your business. In the end, you will be able to move forward with your final decision feeling confident and calm.

You make the BEST decision, with expectations of the outcomes and how to adapt ahead of time.

Just because you make your decision and move forward with it, that doesn’t mean your partnership with Deep End Analytics is over! As your decision is implemented and your results start showing, we will keep in touch to ensure that the forecasted results are panning out.

If the results don’t align with what was predicted, Deep End Analytics will dive back into the data to see where the results veered away from the model. This partnership allows for course-correction throughout the implementation of your decision with the data leading the way.

Continued Support

With Deep End Analytics, the implementation of your decision is not the end of our partnership! Deep End Analytics continues to communicate over the following weeks and months to ensure your decision is producing the anticipated results. If your results start to deviate from what was forecasted, our analysts are there to course-correct the implementation, with the data leading the way.
